Refund Policy
How a run's credits move and when money comes back — the accounting every run follows. Rhema Labs answers questions at contact@rhema.tools.
How a run is charged
Every run shows an estimate and a cap before it starts — the cap is the consent. Starting a run holds the cap amount; as each phase completes, its actual cost is debited against the hold. Finish under the cap and the remainder is released.
When credits come back
If a run exceeds its cap because of our error, debits stop at the cap — you are not charged for the excess.
If a run fails, is refused, or is cancelled by us, the debited credits are refunded and the hold releases; the partial results stay with you.
If you stop a run yourself, you pay for the completed phases and the rest of the hold is released.
Asking for a refund
For a completed run, ask within 7 days — one refund per quarter is processed without review, and anything beyond that is looked at individually. Write to contact@rhema.tools.
Refunds restore credits to your Rhēma balance. If you believe a card charge itself is incorrect, write to contact@rhema.tools.
