What a run costs

Modeled figures at Standard rigor, across model tiers — the live estimate on the run sheet is authoritative for a real run.

How a run charges: it shows its estimate and cap before it starts, you pay the run's actual cost as each phase completes, and it can never cost more than the cap you confirm.

Questions

Why does a review of my 8,000-word paper cost about $39?

A review reads the draft several times and fetches the sources behind every checkable claim — each verified claim costs roughly 69 credits on Base and 309 on Frontier inside a Review (41 and 183 in a stand-alone Fact-check); fact-check off drops that paper from ≈3,940 to ≈1,320 credits.

What if I run out of credits?

Top-ups never expire for 12 months, and the 150-credit trial pocket is yours to spend. Nothing auto-bills — auto-reload is opt-in with your own monthly cap.

Do unused credits roll over?

Included credits roll over up to 2× your monthly amount; the excess expires at reset with a 7-day warning.

What happens after the trial?

After day 14 the account is Free: 10 credits/day for chat, expiring nightly; no runs.

Is my text used to train models?

No. Drafts, letters, and telemetry never train models, and providers are bound by the same zero-retention terms.

What's not included yet?

The Team plan is a waitlist; single sign-on, retention controls, and mobile editing are on the roadmap — everything on this page works today.
